I am a mother, grandmother, editor, and observer of the quiet and the wild. I find beauty in rough edges, cold water, open skies. Life moves through me in rhythms of thought, care, and creation. Painting is my stillness, where feeling takes form and the unseen becomes visible.

I’m 61 years old, a mother of four, a proud grandmother and a freelance editor. Alongside my work, I’m deeply drawn to the raw beauty of the North Sea, rugged coastlines, cold water and everything that keeps body and mind in motion. Sports, healthy living and writing are part of my daily rhythm. My view of the world is shaped by life experience, curiosity and the desire to make the essential visible.
Painting completes me. It’s the part of me that doesn’t think, but feels. It gives me stillness, depth and a sense of wholeness.
